SRINAGAR:  Jammu and Kashmi police chief  SP Vaid on Thursday asserted civilians thronging encounter sites in Kashmir Valley are responsible for their deaths.“No Indian citizen would like any civilian killing. We have been repeatedly requesting the people not to come near the encounter sites. When bullets fly whether from the militants or the Army or the police, the CRPF, they follow a trajectory and can hit anybody,” Vaid said in a live Twitter question-answer session on Thursday.  “It pains me the most and pains all the security forces if a civilian dies. .” He  said the people have no business to be near the encounter sites.
