Viral memes of Mark Zuckerberg have Twitter users entertained

Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg appeared before US lawmakers earlier this week amid the Facebook data scandal.

The 33-year-old Harvard graduate appeared before a Senate panel on Tuesday, followed by an appearance in the House of Representatives on Wednesday after concerns that the social networking giant accessed and released personal user information to influence the US elections held in 2016.

Data of 87 million Facebook users was hijacked and shared with Cambridge Analytica, a British consultation company with close ties to US President Donald Trump's presidential campaign.

As Zuckerberg gave testimony before the US Senate on Tuesday, many Twitter users had fun with his awkward, robotic nature to the questioning, taking full advantage of the live public hearing.
