Two men were arrested for allegedly smuggling bovines in Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir today, the police said.
Police intercepted the two accused while they were ferrying thirteen bovines in Reasi area, a police officer said.
Liyaqat Ali Khatana and Mohammad Sharif Khatana of Kashmir were arrested and the bovines rescued, he said, adding a case has been registered in this regard.
