Mother of boy burned by asphalt at Toronto school asks how TDSB let it happen

Thu, Apr 12: The family of a Grade 3 student who was burned by leaking asphalt in his school’s gymnasium is asking why the Toronto District School Board had roof repairs while the children were in the building. Caryn Lieberman met with the family in hospital where the eight-year-old boy is recovering.
