Spring is still struggling to break through but there are plenty of seasonal activities to do this weekend in the Capital Region.
The Albany Empire opens its Arena Football League season and you can try out to sing the National Anthem for the Tri-City ValleyCats.
It's also a chance to check out a new place as one restaurant week comes to a close and another opens. There are concerts, history activities, marches and movie openings as well.
