COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT NO 23/2018 – 12 APRIL 2018
Election of the ordinary employee representatives to the Board of Directors of Royal Unibrew A/S has taken place on 12 April 2018 with the following result:
Board members:
Claus Kærgaard, Sales Development Manager (newly-elected)
Martin Alsø, Business Unit Manager (re-elected)
Einar Esbensen Nielsen, Terminal worker (newly-elected)
Alternates:
1. Michael Nielsen, Brewery worker
2. Peter Wittrock, Brewery worker
3. Søren Lorentzen, Call Center employee
Accordingly, the newly elected employee representatives will join the Board of Directors of Royal Unibrew A/S following the Annual General Meeting on 24 April 2018. At the same time the employee elected members of the Board of Directors Kirsten W. Liisberg, Jørgen-Anker Ipsen and Søren Lorentzen will resign, the latter will continue as alternate.
