MAPUSA: The judicial magistrate first class (JMFC) at Mapusa will pass an order on May 5 on the prosecution plea seeking investigation against Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal for allegedly inducing voters to take bribe from rival political parties and vote for his party during the last assembly election in Goa.

The court had earlier decided to pass the order in the case on Thursday.

On January 8, 2017, Kejriwal had allegedly asked voters at a rally in Mapusa to demand Rs 10,000 if rival parties offered them Rs 5,000 and then vote for Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). Following the incident, the then returning officer lodged a complaint.
