Cape gym launches Astro Durance bungee workout systems across the nation
They call it Astro Durance, and Cape personal trainer Patty Cummings sees it as the next big trend in physical fitness.
Heather Brownstein has lost 106 pounds since December when she first arrived at Cummings’ studio. “When I started, I just focused on losing 10 pounds at a time,” Brownstein said. “My whole life has changed.
