The Board of Directors of Ford Motor Company declared a second quarter regular dividend of $0.15 per share on the company’s outstanding Class B and common stock.
The second quarter regular dividend maintains the same level as the dividends paid in 2017 and in the first quarter of 2018.
The second quarter regular dividend is payable on June 1, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 20, 2018.
