18 cases reviewed in Jan Samvad

Joint Secretary at the Chief Minister’s Secretariat Ramakant Singh reviewed 18 cases through video conferencing and gave necessary guidelines to concerned district and nodal officers of the department during the weekly review of the complaints lodged at Jan Samvad Kendra held in Suchna Bhawan here on Tuesday.

Singh also asked them to not to delay in execution of complaints lodged in Jansamvad Kendra. He instructed to take water crisis seriously and ensure drinking water supply.

In the matter of repair of the library and administrative building of Tribal Development Society in Morhabadi, Ranchi, despite of complain that tender is given to Jitendra Singh on the basis of fake character certificate, payment of Rs 46 lakh has been made, while the order to register the case has been issued to the accused. On this the Joint Secretary directed to register a case within one week.

In the matter of construction of hospital building which is incomplete in the Saria subdivision of Giridih since 2008. The Civil Surgeon told that the revised estimate was requested by the Health Department which has been sent. It was then told by the department that the matter has been forwarded to the building construction corporation while the building construction corporation said that this matter is with the special division of the Rural Development Department. On this the Joint secretary told that complete the construction while coordinating with each other.

Under the Primitive Tribal Direct Appointment Scheme, Kalu Dehri of Dumka was given appointment letter by the Chief Minister in the year 2016, but till now he is not being paid the salary.

Nodal officer of Dumka told that this happened because of absence of allocation while the nodal officer of the School Education Department said that allocation will be made available in this month. On this the Joint Secretary instructed to execute this matter immediately.

On non-payment of compensation and compensate appointment to the family of deceased Satyadev Mishra, who was killed by naxalites in Lapung in Ranchi in 2013. Nodal officer of Home, Jail and Disaster Management Department said that all the action was done from the departmental level and now action is to be taken by the District and Water Resources Department. It is said by the district that all the action is under process. They will be given appointment letters and compensation shortly. The joint secretary directed to complete the process within 15 days.

In the matter of pending pension of Jharkhand and JP andolnkari of Bokaro and Dumka, the joint secretary questioned the department and instructed early pension payment.

In the case of drinking water crisis in Manpur of Bokaro and Jharia of Dhanbad, the joint secretary instructed to provide solution for drinking water crisis and also asked nodal officer of both the district to take such matter seriously.

Apart from this, complaints related to Khunti, Pakud, Deoghar, Ranchi, Godda district and revenue, registration and land reform department, food supply department, rural development department, energy department, labour, planning and training department and agriculture, animal husbandry and cooperatives were reviewed.

A special review of Department of School Education and Literacy was also done. Additional special secretary Shailesh Kumar Chaurasia was present in this special review. He instructed the nodal officers of all the districts to speed up execution of grievances.

Work on complaints related to school and mid-day meals on priority basis. He also gave necessary directions for pending complaints in Khunti, Chaibasa, Koderma, Sahebganj, Chatra and other districts through video conferencing.
