Saudi Aramco, India partner on $44 bn oil refinery

The world's biggest producer, Saudi Arabian Co., or Saudi Aramco, has agreed to develop a "mega refinery" in with three Indian marketing companies, namely the Corp (IOC), Corp Ltd (HPCL) and Corp Ltd (BPCL).
