A student of Delhi University's Kirori Mal College was thrashed by a group of students allegedly for money.
"They used to ask me for money and target me saying 'Tum UP, Bihar Ke Ho Yahan Tumhari Nahi Chalti' (You are from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. Nobody will pay heed to you). When I complained to the police, they didn't take me seriously", the student told news agency ANI.
