Tiger Shroff starrer Student of the Year 2 will release on November 23, 2018.
Karan Johar in his 2012 directorial Student of the Year gave Bollywood three of the current heartthrobs – Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra. Now, after six years Karan is at again. This time he is producing the sequel as Punit Malhotra gets in the shoes of the director. And while it was announced way back that Tiger Shoff would be playing the male lead in Student of the Year 2, speculations were running high on who would be the two leading ladies (yes, a love triangle again!).
The day is here. The film’s official Twitter handle revealed that the girls to romance Tiger Shroff are Tara Sutaria and Ananya Panday.
Student of the Year 2, which also stars Samir Soni, went on floors in Dehradun recently and is slated to release on November 23 this year.

Debutant Tara Sutaria has received the sweetest wish from her rumoured boyfriend Rohan Mehra. Rohan, who is also an actor and would be seen in Saif Ali Khan's Bazaar, wrote on his Instagram account that it is time for Tara "to set the world on fire."

Tiger Shroff, the leading man of Punit Malhotra's Student of The Year 2, has welcomed new entrant Tara Sutaria on board.
Ananya Panday, who is all set to take over the silver screen with Student of The Year 2, has made her mother Bhavana Panday proud. The debutant's mother took to her Instagram account and wrote,"So proud of you my baby @ananyapanday ♥️Can't wait to see you shine on the big screen." She went on to thank Karan Johar and Punit D Malhotra for the opportunity. The film also stars Tiger Shroff and newbie Tara Sutaria.
Before Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria, many other names were in contention for the Student of The Year 2 roles. Dhadak actor Janhvi Kapoor, Kedarnath actor Sara Ali Khan and even Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan were reportedly considered for the film.
While we already know that Student of The Year 2's first schedule is being shot in Dehradun, did you know Student of The Year, starring Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra, was also shot in the same place? The external view of the school was taken from Kasiga School in Dehradun, whose name was changed to St. Teresa for the film. Student of the Year was also shot in beautiful spots of Kashmir and Thailand.
