Bale has been linked with an exit from Real Madrid in recent months.
Manchester United are the favourites with the bookies to sign Bale if he was to leave the Bernabeu.
Ferdinand says the Wales star would be wanted by most managers in the world as long as he can stay fit.
Bale has had a lot of injury problems at Real in the last 18 months.
In the Premier League, I’d love to see him here
“For his talent, 100 per cent (I would want him),” Ferdinand said of the Real Madrid star BT Sport.
“If you get him at a decent price, but talent-wise there’s not doubting this guy.
“But it’s just getting him out on the pitch every week is the problem. He hasn’t been able to do that.
“He’s a huge talent. He’s had a bad season by all accounts from what they’re saying, their fans are disgruntled and not happy about him. He’s got 16 goals.
