Marie Walker has been appointed as the director of Sales in the Anguilla Tourist Board (ATB)New York Office.
She had earlier represented the ATB in the USA from 2004 to 2013 through her company Turnstyle Marketing.
Her new role will have the responsibility for the development of all sales related to marketing and other initiatives in the USA on behalf of the ATB. Further she will also reach out to stakeholders in Anguilla to advise them of the opportunities for marketing and their support in such.
The Turnstyle team was happy to be back working with her. Many stakeholders stated Walker that Anguilla still holds a special place in our heart, and they were looking forward to providing the same level of commitment which they demonstrated in the past.
They want to work as a team on island, being a part of the PM Group in North America they had a great message of Anguilla’s recovery.
Over the next few months they want to bring fresh energy to the market.
For more than 30 years Walker has been working in hospitality tourism and has a diverse team of professionals.
She has worked in all areas of international tourism, hospitality management, event planning, public relations, niche marketing and advertising.
She is expected to bring the best services to the tourism and destination-marketing sector.
