Shares of Healthcare Global Enterprises added 3 percent intraday Tuesday as company approved allotment of equity shares on preferential basis.
The company approved the allotment of 9,34,500 equity shares at Rs 321 per share on preferential basis to M. Gopichand, one of the promoters of the company, for consideration other than cash.
At 11:25 hrs Healthcare Global Enterprises was quoting at Rs 311.05, up Rs 1.65, or 0.53 percent on the BSE.
The share touched its 52-week high Rs 352.00 and 52-week low Rs 234.95 on 31 January, 2018 and 12 April, 2017, respectively.
Currently, it is trading 11.63 percent below its 52-week high and 32.39 percent above its 52-week low.Shares price increased by 31 percent in last 1 year.
