The U.S. and China: Trade War Or Not?

The escalating trade dispute between the U.S. and China have been steal headlines from the mainstream media so far this month.
Some outlets are questioning if this is causing waning support for President Trump in rural America.
On Friday, the president announced his cabinet would look into imposing an additional $100 billion worth of tariffs to protect farmers, and he’s instructing Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue to create a plan to help.
Despite the tension and growing concerns, some economist say this still isn’t a trade war.
