After concluding his visit to Equatorial Guinea and Swaziland, President Ram Nath Kovind reached Zambia this evening on the final leg of his three-nation visit.
Mr Kovind was received by his counterpart Edgar Chagwa Lungua at Kenneth Kaunda Airport Lusaka and accorded a ceremonial reception. A guard of honour was also accorded to the President.
The President will have delegation-level talks with the Zambian side tomorrow. A number of agreements will be signed between the two countries.
The President is scheduled to address India-Zambia business forum.
Mr. Kovind will also address the Indian Community. He will also hold a meeting with Kenneth Konda, the first President of Zambia.
