Car injures woman and baby crossing Gold Coast street
An elderly woman and a baby boy she was pushing in a pram have been hit by a car while crossing a Gold Coast street.
The 70-year-old woman was crossing Dunlin Drive at Burleigh Waters around 11:30 on Tuesday when a car turned into the street and struck them.
She was seriously injured and rushed to hospital for treatment while the baby boy suffered minor injuries when the pram was knocked over. The 86-year-old man driving the car wasn't injured.
