The Walking Dead's eighth season ends on Sunday with "Wrath," a grand finale that will bring the war between Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) to a close. AMC released a teaser for the episode, and it looks like we'll see a lot of exciting stuff.

"We are worse than we were and we can't go back, so let's just finish this," says Morgan (Lennie James), who will, in fact, not be going back, as he's leaving The Walking Dead for Fear the Walking Dead.

We also see Negan taking target practice on a dummy labeled "Rick," Eugene (Josh McDermitt) catching an escaped Father Gabriel (Seth Gilliam) in the woods, Saviors swarming the Hilltop, the double-agent Dwight (Austin Amelio) in a Savior prison uniform and a climactic battle in a previously-unseen location on some beautiful rolling hills.

It's gonna be big, and some of the questions that have lingered over the season will be answered. We're gonna find out what Rick meant in the flash-forward when he said "my mercy prevailed over my wrath" and how Morgan begins his journey to Texas for Fear, but we'll reportedly have to wait to find out what's the deal with the helicopter until later.

The Walking Dead Season 8 finale airs Sunday, April 15 at 9/8c on AMC, followed by the Season 4 premiere of Fear the Walking Dead at 10/9c.
