President Donald Trump said Monday he'll make a decision on the U.S. response to what he called the "atrocious" chemical-weapons attack in Syria in 24 to 48 hours. Trump spoke at the beginning of a cabinet meeting, a day after warning that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and his two biggest allies, Russia and Iran, could pay a "big price" for the attack. Trump also said he'd meet with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in "May or early June."
