Trudeau not as eager as Alberta to invest in Trans Mountain pipeline

A day after Alberta Premier Rachel Notley’s declared that her province is prepared to invest in Kinder Morgan’s Trans Mountain pipeline, Trudeau was not as eager to make such statements.
