The WWE Universe watched in shock as Asuka tapped out to Charlotte after being locked in the Figure-Eight Leglock.
Both stars put together an unbelievable performance but The Queen managed to successfully defend her Smackdown Women's title.
After the match a disappointed Asuka took the microphone to address her first loss in two-and-a-half years.
She said: "Charlotte was ready for Asuka."
The Empress of Tomorrow then hugged the ex-RAW Women's Champion.

Charlotte was ready for Asuka
The Mercedes-Benz Superdome watched another dominating streak coming to an end.
Four years ago the crowd watched in awe when Undertaker's undefeated WrestleMania record came to an end after a third F-5 by Brock Lesnar.
Charlotte has established herself as the most dominant female competitor in all of WWE after this huge win.
Asuka has beaten the likes of Sasha Banks, Nia Jax and RAW Women's Champion Alexa Bliss.
It will be very interesting to see how Asuka bounces back tomorrow night on RAW.
Hopefully, Charlotte and The Empress of Tomorrow will face each other again.
The only way that could happen would be if both stars ended up on the same brand after Mania.
