Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal on Sunday said that his government would not tolerate corruption at any cost.

All cases of corruption whether belonging to the previous governments or the present government, would be thoroughly investigated and those found guilty would not be spared at any cost, said he while interacting with mediapersons after the Virat Vyapari Sammelan in Rohtak.

The Chief Minister said everybody knew that there was rampant corruption during the regime of previous governments in transfers, matters of recruitment and Change of Land Use (CLUs).

Any gang caught in the act of corruption would be dealt with sternly under the law. Hints of corruption thrown by the media or the people would be taken cognizance of, he said.

Responding to a query on the issue of reshuffle in his Cabinet, Manohar Lal said, “We have no such plan. I fail to understand if call on this issue should be taken by me or by the media.”

In reply to question regarding the SYL, he said the Supreme Court had already delivered its verdict and the state would get its rightful share in the river waters.
