A biopic on Salman Khan? Here's what Varun Dhawan has to say

Salman Khan is not Varun Dhawan's mentor, but the two still share a great bond. Last year, Varun stepped into the shoes of Salman for Judwaa 2, and many feel that Dhawan junior is the right choice to play Salman, if a biopic is ever made on the 52-year-old actor.

When asked if Varun would be keen to play the part, the October actor told PTI, "Salman is too young to make a biopic on."

He added that he wants Salman to star in his own biopic.

Salman, who was convicted in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case and sentenced to 5 years of jail, recently returned to Mumbai on bail. And like Salman's other fans, Varun is ecstatic on his return.

"Everyone is relieved. I said this earlier in a tweet that he and his family really value, respect and believe in the Indian judiciary and they will go about it in the best legal way possible," said Varun.

He added, "But as someone, who has a personal relationship with him, I am very very happy that he's home. I went to meet him yesterday and it feels really good to see him."

On the work front, Salman will resume the shooting of Remo D'Souza's Race 3. Varun, on the other hand, is awaiting the release of October.
