One person was killed and two others were seriously injured here today after firecrackers kept in a bag caught fire and burst, police said.
The incident took place near Hariharpur village when they were taking the crackers on their motorcycle, they said.
The deceased was identified as Wasim (18) and those injured were his relatives Riyaz and Riyasat.
They were taking the crackers to a marriage function, police added.
The body has been sent for post mortem.
