The Coleman Business Association is sponsoring the community’s first Farm and Garden Show to be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 14, at the Coleman Family Center (4839 N. Coleman Schools Dr. in Coleman). Admission is free.
The show includes commercial agricultural products, small-scale farming, and homeowner gardening services.
In addition to the trade show, there will be educational stations.
Midland Soil Conservation will set up an “Earth Tunnel.” Geneva 4H is bringing small animals.
Youth will have opportunities to make things to take home.
There will be free drawings for door prizes from vendors, and a large, sturdy bag to help people collect information gathered from vendors.
The Coleman Business Association wants the community to preview local agriculture, gardening businesses and service organizations.
