THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The ‘Vision 2023’ report, which proposes a major overhaul in the development and welfare activities of Kerala State Waqf Board, was handover to Minister for Welfare of Minorities, Waqf and Haj Pilgrimage K T Jaleel on Thursday.  The report was drawn up by a committee appointed by the board which had P M Pareethu Bava Khan as coordinator and M K Abdul Majeed, P O J Labba, A B Moideen Kutty and E Abdul Rasheed as fellow members.
