Raghubar Das today launched drop to mark World Health Day.

Giving drops to a child as he launched the programme, Das said human resource is the biggest capital. Efforts were being made to ensure that nobody dies because of lack of information and treatment, Das said, adding, everyone should honestly work in this endeavour.

"The happiness one derives by saving a life cannot match with anything," he said.

He said has joined select states of the country where has been launched which can prevent premature death of 2,500 from diarrhoea every year.

He said the members of should take good care of child to reduce mortality rate.

Das said that vaccination programme would achieve success only when it could be transformed into a public movement.

The said that malnutrition in is also a major problem and continuous efforts are being made to address it.
