How earth signs deal with sadness and loneliness

Taurus April 20–May 20
People of this sun sign are known for stubbornness, materialistic values and a need for security. They’re pretty good at taking care of themselves and planning for the future and usually have a fixed mood. On a good day, a Taurus may seem like they have it all together. But when they are low they can actually feel quite insecure and can take the things that other people say about them to heart. They can find themselves over-thinking and over-analysing every little thing and sometimes it can be hard for them to get out of the rut. Also, prolonged poverty or financial uncertainty will turn them into a jittery mess. They in turn isolate themselves. They will cancel plans with friends and become quiet. The ideal way to cheer them up is a good meal or a bath, something tactile that appeals to their senses. 

Virgo August 24–September 23
Picky and detail-oriented, Virgos 
are susceptible to obsessive-compulsive disorders. They simply cannot stand chaos in their environment. They are very seldom depressed and neither is anyone around them. A Virgo who is unable to put things in some logical order and keep them there is bound for a breakdown. At their worst a Virgo can get overwhelmed by the sheer amount of pressure that they feel weighing on them. They end up consuming more coffee, immersing themselves in work for long hours along with spending less time at home. They try to distract themselves from their problems by focusing on their career. Virgo must learn to relax and not be so hard on themselves, else they might just have a nervous breakdown. 

Capricorn December 22–January 20
They are goal-oriented, result-driven, and no-nonsense people. They’ll spend years diligently planning their path to success and working hard to make sure it happens. Always logical and rational, Capricorn is one of the least likely signs to have a mental breakdown, unless something goes terribly wrong with their plans. When a Capricorn hits their breaking point they feel downright exhausted, like they’re going to collapse. They can sometimes be so determined to keep on charging ahead with life that they burn themselves out with exhaustion.

As a result, they have trouble sleeping as well as loss of appetite. They become more forgetful and lose their ability to focus. They need to remember to take a break from time to time. Long-term dedication doesn’t always ensure success even if they do everything right. For Capricorn failure is the worst thing that could happen. Letting go, letting things be and trusting others may be a fruitful change for them.
