Count another blow to the Maryland men’s basketball roster — although it might not be a permanent one.

Terrapin freshman center Bruno Fernando has declared for the 2018 NBA Draft, according to multiple reports, but he will not sign with an agent.

Because he won’t sign with an agent, the 6-foot-10 Angolan can still return to the school if he changes his mind during the draft process.

Fernando was a four-star prospect who joined last year’s recruiting class from IMG Academy in Florida. He averaged 10.3 points, 6.5 rebounds and 1.2 blocks per game for the Terrapins in 30 games last season.

Last week, Maryland lost forward Justin Jackson to the draft and junior guard Dion Wiley to a transfer.
