Editors of Goan media have expressed anguish and dissatisfaction over the guidelines issued by Goa Legislature Secretariat for the journalists to cover Goa Assembly sessions.They have decided to meet Goa Speaker Dr Pramod Sawant and hand him over a memorandum in this regard.
