Shàng-Xí presents a new spring menu crafted by Chinese Executive Chef Simon Choi. The pan-fried squid patties served with Chinese toon give a fantastic taste experience. Other highlights include marinated spring bamboo shoots, steamed fresh green crab, sautéed seasonal wild mushrooms and more.

 

The spring menu is available now for both lunch and dinner at Shàng-Xí at Four Seasons Hotel Pudong, Shanghai.
