'We didn't know what we voted for!' EU Supergirl SNUBBED as she attempts to stop Brexit
SELF-PROCLAIMED "EU Supergirl" Madeleina Kay was snubbed by passers-by as she canvassed as part of her latest attempt to rally support against Brexit.
The anti-Brexit activist is focused on her battle to keep Britain inside the European Union.
But her efforts were met with the evident indifference of passers-by as she canvassed students in front of the University of Sheffield.
Footage from Deutsche Welle shows Ms Kay approaching a group of people asking whether they "want to stop Brexit?' before being snubbed.
A young man sporting a blue jacket and red hoodie can also be seen shaking his head at Ms Kay's question.

The self-professed EU Supergirl told the German broadcaster: "There are a lot of people who just don’t care. I’m going to make them care.
"Brexit was a non-issue for me. I didn’t think it was going to happen so when I woke up on June 24 I was like ‘wow, how come so many people think this is a good idea?’
"There wasn’t a manifesto and until we get the final Brexit deal and we see what the reality of Brexit is and how that matches up to what was promised, people still don’t know what they voted for."
Yet despite her claims support for Brexit is waning, a local man stopped to give his opinion: "I think we’ll survive without the EU. It’s a very expensive project and a failed one at that.

"It’s like a football result: you didn’t like the result, well though."
An exclusive survey carried out by ComRes for the Daily Express showed Britons are now overwhelmingly optimistic about the country's Brexit prospects.
A majority of voters (57 percent) thought the country would be able to make its own laws while 52 percent thought defences would remain "strong" and 50 percent believed there would be more control over borders.
And even four in ten people (38 percent) who backed Remain in 2016 now agree the Leave vote should be respected.
