The Madhya Pradesh Government has decided to introduce law suit managements in all the departments. Legal experts as law officers will be appointed to deal with the lawsuits independently. The necessity of separate permissions of the Law Department for legal review has been abolished.
Grievance redressal system will also be established to redress complaints, Governments officers and employees in each department at District, Division and State level. Redressal of such staff complaints will be ensured within 8 weeks so that the employees should avoid going to courts for redressal related to service rules.
To employ competent and professional law officers in the departments a regular cadre will be developed under the control and supervision of the State Law Department. Right to appeal has been given to concerned collectors and District Authorities in the cases related to Government lands and properties in which an order or decision have been passed against the Government.
