I have an Ikea wire and cloth drawer dresser unit that I pur gases over 10 years ago and It's still perfect. It has only two small breadboard pieces; the rest is metal (cloth and metal drawers). Bought cheap but it is durable. Most of the Ikea furniture is not intended to last for 20-30 years--not like wood--but It's okay for limited or short term use.
