A familiar face is returning to Grey's Anatomy.

Sarah Utterback will reprise her role as Nurse Olivia in an upcoming episode set to air on Thursday, April 26.

Utterback recurred as Olivia throughout Grey's Anatomy's first six seasons. You might remember her as the woman who gave George (T.R. Knight) syphilis, which she contracted from Alex after their one-night stand. Olivia and Alex (Justin Chambers) would later rekindle things but never got serious. She was let go just ahead of Seattle Grace's merger with Memorial West in Season 6 and hasn't been seen since.

Sneak peek photos of the event, courtesy of Entertainment Weekly, reveal that Olivia has resurfaced at Grey Sloan and she's being treated by Jo (Camilla Luddington). Given that Jo is currently in a serious relationship with Alex, this will probably be one awkward first encounter when she finds out just how Alex and Olivia know each other.

And now that she's back, she's ready to stir up some drama. When Olivia and her son show up at Grey Sloan, it will definitely complicate things between Alex and Jo.
