MATIAS ROMERO, Mexico—The caravan of Central American migrants that raised the ire of U.S. President Donald Trumpwas slowly breaking up early Thursday and organizers said there were no longer plans to make it to the U.S. border, defusing a growing bilateral crisis between the U.S. and Mexico.
