Yogender Pal has joined JW Marriott Jaipur Resort and Spa as Executive Chef at the. A graduate from IHM Pusa, New Delhi, he started his career as a junior sous chef at Quality Inn Kensington Terrace in Bangalore for a year before moving on to Trident Agra in 1997 as chef de partie. He has worked at various Oberoi Group properties – including The Oberoi Vanyavilas, Ranthambore, The Oberoi Rajvilas, Jaipur, The Oberoi Amarvilas, Agra and Trident Jaipur. After 11 years with The Oberoi Group, he moved to Claridges Hotel in Surajkund as part of the pre-opening team. Four years later, he shifted located to Bangalore, and started working with Crowne Plaza Hotel for a year before joining Hilton Chennai as executive chef.
