The State Cabinet here on Tuesday gave approval to create and fill 84 posts for the office of the Chief Electoral Officer, 408 posts for District Election Offices and 1150 posts for Returning Officer Offices, a total of 1642 posts from December 1, 2017 to February 28, 2019 by relaxing the restrictions for ensuing Vidhansabha election.
The Cabinet has also given approval for continuation of ‘Bade Pashuaon ki Utpreran Yojana’ and ‘Chhote Pashuoan evam Pakshiyon ki Utpreran Yojana’ of animal husbandry department from April 2017 for 3 years.
Similarly, the Cabinet has taken a decision for continuation of scheme from the financial year 2017-18 to 2018-19 for payment to the creditors of MPSIDC by estimating an expenditure of Rs 44.32 crore. An approval to create 120 posts under the high security unit for the security of Central Jail, Bhopal has been given by the Cabinet. Furthermore, the cabinet has taken a decision to implement Bhavantar policy for garlic crop for the year 2018-19.
The Cabinet has also taken a decision to include Indore Press Club Complex in the booklet of the Public works department by considering it as the property of the department. The entire built up area has been included under this by considering total area 2281.08 square meter, total built up area 1634.20 sq meter and temporary shed 400 sq meter.
The Press Club could not claim possession on any other land except the above mentioned land. The Press Club will be responsible for the maintenance of above mentioned structures. Rent of the building will be 10 per cent of the market rate to be decided after April 01, 2018.
