The Board of Alfa Transformers at its meeting held on 04 April 2018 approved the proposal of making Preferential issue of Equity Shares and Warrants to the persons belonging to promoter and non-promoter category to the extent of up to Rs. 11.68/- crores at an issue price of Rs. 33/- per Equity Share/ Warrant or such other price as may be determined in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VII of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations.The Board of Directors has considered and approved the draft of the notice of the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting, which is supposed to be held on 01 May 2018 at 2 P.M.
