Sleuths of Special Task Force (STF) arrested a woman from Ukraine from Gorakhpur after she entered India without proper visa on Tuesday afternoon. The cops said that a forged driving license used by the woman ccused to enter India from Nepal was recovered along with other documents. It later surfaced that the woman was earlier blacklisted at Indira Gandhi International airport in New Delhi and was deported immediately after she landed in Delhi in December last year. Interrogations are on and efforts were being made to nab her aides who facilitated her entry into India on forged documents.
IG (STF), Amitabh Yash said that a unit of STF led by Additional SP, S Anand rushed to Gorakhpur after being tipped off about a foreign woman staying at a hotel in Civil Lines area and having no visa. The team arrested the woman as she left the hotel to return to Nepal from where she was to fly to Dubai.
The woman revealed her identity as Dariya Molchan from Kirova Street in Ukraine. A forged driving License, two passports and some other documents were recovered from her possession.
The IG said that during interrogation, Molchan disclosed that she was working as a model in Sharm Agency at Ukraine an it was the agency which sent her to India where its owner Himanshu Bhasin and manager Viru Bist used to take them to `Urban Ping Club’ where she met Anul Poddar, Abdul, Rahul, Pupsik, Rohit and many more youths.
She later met one Imshan and stayed in his company. Later she returned to Ukraine and once again called for an assignment to India but as she landed at Delhi international airport, she was told by authorities that she was blacklisted and was sent back to Ukraine by the next flight. Later through WhattsApp call, she informed Imshan about it after which he asked her to come to Nepal from here he would arrange her entry into India. After sneaking into India, she went to Delhi and stayed at Imshan’s Friends Colony residence. She was later introduced to several friends of Imshan. She claimed that Imshan sent her to Gorakhpur on Monday night as she had to take a flight to Dubai from Nepal to go for an assignment. On Tuesday, she was going to Nepal to take the flight for Dubai when the STF nabbed her.
