Under Shyama Prasad Mukherji Rurban Mission in Haryana, 17 villages of District Rewari have been selected.
An official spokesman said that the villages are Kosli, Nahad, Gugod, Nateda Gudyani, Surehali, Nehrugarh, Bhakli, Sahdatnagar, Jhaal, Juddi, Chavva, Kanhadwas, Jakhal, Mundadha, Malaysiawas and Shaadhipur. Six districts of Haryana have been selected under the Nation Rurban Mission which included Nahad block of Rewari district, he added. He said that under the programme a sum of over Rs 9.14 crore would be spent, in the first phase.
Mission would work on agriculture, literacy, mobile health unit, skill development, water distribution, animal husbandry, LPG gas connection, e-gram connectivity, link roads, and others.
The detail project reports were being prepared for this work and the work would be conducted in three phases under the Mission. Facilities like urban areas would be provided in these villages, he added.
