Watch your kneecaps, people, Tonya Harding is going for the mirrorball!

Us Weekly reported today that Tonya Harding has officially joined Season 26 of Dancing with the Stars, otherwise known as its All Athletes season. She will be joined by Olympics figure skater (and America's sweetheart) Adam Rippon as well as Olympic snowboarder Jamie Anderson.

Harding is best known for the dubious part she played in the attack her ex-husband orchestrated on her long time figure-skating rival Nancy Kerrigan. After the wild success of the feature film I, Tonya, which rehashed the sordid tale, it should come as no surprise that Harding was tapped to be on this revamped version of Dancing with the Stars. The only other figure skater who got as much press as her this year was Adam Rippon -- though not in quite the same context.

Harding's old rival Nancy Kerrigan actually competed in Season 24 of Dancing with the Stars, but she was the sixth contestant eliminated, which was a relatively quick exit since figure skaters tend to make it further in the competition than that. (And to be honest, we're still smarting over her way-too-early departure.) Harding might not have been able to best Kerrigan for the gold, but depending on her competition this year, she may be able to best her in a bid for the mirrorball!

As for Rippon and Anderson, both skyrocketed to stardom during the 2018 Winter Olympics. Rippon won people over with his wit and personality (and a certain lack of regard for Vice President Mike Pence), and Anderson became the first female snowboarder to win back-to-back gold medals for women's snowboard slopestyle.
