The company to raise funds by way of issuance of equity shares or equity linked securities such as warrants or convertible securities including but not limited to through preferential issue and/or qualified institutions placement or through any other permissible mode and/or combination thereof as may be considered appropriate.
It is subject to approvals as may be required including approval of the shareholders at a general meeting or through postal ballot and the same would be subject to such other regulatory/statutory approvals as may be applicable.
The trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed till April 11, 2018.
