Charmaine Baldacchino has been appointed chief financial officer at the Malta Stock Exchange.
Ms Baldacchino began her career within the financial services industry in 1997 with accounting firm KPMG, and worked her way up to the level of director within the Audit Department. She also worked as senior manager within the Authorisations Unit at the Malta Financial Services Authority where she was responsible for the licensing process of securities and markets related businesses.
She later moved on to join Alter Domus Malta as a senior manager responsible for managing a number of client relationships.
