Cueist Pankaj Advani was also honoured with Padma Bhushan Award by President Ram Nath Kovind on Monday at the Rashtrapati Bhavan. MS Dhoni was seen giving the eight-time world champion a hug at the ceremony. (PTI)

Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who was conferred with the honourary title of Lieutenant Colonel in Indian Army in 2011, was wearing his army uniform at the ceremony. He was granted the honour by the former President of India Pratibha Patil at a ceremony in New Delhi.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who is the most successful Indian captain till date, is the only skipper to win all the ICC trophies- ICC Cricket World Cup, World Twenty20 and the Champions Trophy. (PTI)
