Farmer who consumed pesticide succumbs in Telangana

MANCHERIAL: A 50-year-old farmer, who consumed pesticide on March 22, died while undergoing treatment at Mancherial government hospital on Monday.
K Ramchander had suffered huge losses due to crop failure and was unable to pay back debts. He had cultivated cotton, paddy and other crops in his 6 acre land, but crop failure caused him huge losses.
Dhandapelli Sub-Inspector B Sanjeev has registered a case and an investigation has been launched.
