Easter is behind us and, fingers crossed, sunny spring weather in both the UK and the snow-pummelled Alps is on the horizon. As winter starts melting away for another year, particularly at lower altitude in the mountains, all kinds of animals start to come crawling, bounding and scampering out of the woods and the rocks to welcome the warmer months and search for newly revealed food.
