The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a Wind
Advisory, which is in effect from 6 AM to 7 PM CDT Tuesday. A
Freeze Watch has also been issued. This Freeze Watch is in effect
from late Tuesday night through Wednesday morning.

* TIMING...Windy conditions Tuesday morning through early Tuesday
evening. Freezing temperatures Tuesday night through Wednesday
morning.

* WINDS...Northerly winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 45 mph.

* TEMPERATURE...Wednesday morning lows 19 to 27 degrees across
northern Oklahoma, and 27 to 32 degrees across much of southern
Oklahoma and portions of north Texas.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds may cause difficult travel, especially
for high profile vehicles. Freezing temperatures may damage
sensitive vegetation.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
